How many people sleep with their personal trainer?

One-fifth of gym goers have connected with their personal trainer, and 70 percent of women who responded to the survey report that they have fantasized about their coach during sex. Personal trainers can get very close to their clients. In 30 years in the training business, I've probably had relationships with more than 40 married women. Most of them were 30 years old, married for eight to 10 years, had children, and their husbands didn't pay attention to them.

Their husbands had worried about work. Stories of coach-client affairs are turning into a dime a dozen. Why does the start of a fitness regimen often mean the end of a marriage? Unless you are also trained as a massage therapist or physical therapist, be well aware of the scope of your practice as a personal trainer and the limitations that must be imposed. But personal trainers aren't educated in psychology, nor do they have to follow the same strict rules that prohibit romance that mental health professionals do.

In order to be successful in this line of work, a person who works as a personal trainer needs to be physically fit and strong enough to demonstrate each exercise as needed for an extended period of time while facing an acceptable degree of resistance. In addition to general certificates in sports, there are also courses that are specific to various exercise techniques, such as the use of weights, and to the training of particular populations, such as individuals with chronic diseases or impairments. These specialized courses can be found alongside general certificates in sports. In addition, there are classes that have been developed particularly for the improvement of athletes. A significant number of persons who work as personal trainers have clients who are getting married and who wish to be fit for their big day or who prefer to maintain their current level of fitness till their big day. Because participating in personal training requires disclosing a great deal of private information about oneself, including dietary habits, targets for weight loss, and typical patterns of sleep, among other things, fitness instructors develop close relationships with a good portion of the people they train. This is because of the nature of the information that is shared between the two parties.

That can happen whether the coach likes it that way or not. I've had a lot of people definitely share more than I wanted,” he adds. Take Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden, who married her super sexy personal trainer, Daniel Westling (I recommend Googling photos of him before the palace makeover), and recently gave birth to her first child, the cherubic Princess Estelle. Unlike mental health professionals, however, personal trainers are not trained psychologists and are not required to abide by the same rules that prohibit romance as real therapists.

Part of a personal trainer's job is to help re-educate clients about the role of food in their lives. For some, that means hiring the services of a personal trainer who can provide them with the personalized attention they need to achieve their fitness goals. Personal trainers can spend a lot of time in the gym, but watching and training other people's workouts isn't the same as doing your own. If you're the type of person who tends to assume too much, you can avoid this by being honest about how much time you can spend on personal training.

Short answer: It's extremely easy to become a personal trainer because there are no barriers to entry in many countries around the world. Most personal trainers are only paid for the time they physically spend training clients, so they end up with an early morning and late night schedule because that's when clients want to train.
